Luftring / aerial hoop Workshop
Dieser Workshop richtet sich an alle ab 14 Jahren, die Lust auf Artistik im Luftring haben! Er findet auf Englisch statt, aber es kann bestimmt übersetzt werden.
We will work on the basics and foundations of aerial hoop, step by step so you feel safe and develop body awareness in the air. Starting with a full body warm up, shoulder girdle stabilization and consciousness. In this workshop we will learn how to grip the hoop, basic figures, drops and transitions for you to feel confident in the air, so at in the end of the workshop you will have a sequence. Level: for beginners, basic and intermediate.
